[laughs] Uh, today we're doing a deep dive into a really weird Tuesday for The Rock. Yeah. It's, it's a bizarre mix of, like, entertainment news and literal California traffic codes. Exactly.

We are at the El Capitan Theatre. Oh, iconic spot. Completely. And it's a massive Hollywood Walk of Fame double ceremony- Yeah... honoring both Emily Blunt and Stanley Tucci. That is a packed house, I imagine.

And right in the middle of this, like, absolute peak of celebrity, Dwayne Johnson steps up to the mic. Right, because he co-starred with Emily Blunt in Jungle Cruise, and, uh, 2025's The Smash Machine, right?

But eventually, the real world is gonna knock on that glass. Yeah. So how does Johnson go from radiating all that mana to dealing with local traffic enforcement just minutes later? It's wild.

So according to law enforcement sources who spoke to TMZ, shortly after leaving all that glitz and glamour, his vehicle was pulled over. Wait, for what? For having illegally tinted windows.

A traffic stop just for window tint. I mean, that feels like a massive waste of time. Well, people say that, but- Why do police even bother?

Is it actually a public safety issue, or is it just, like, a municipal money grab to hit quotas? It is actually fundamentally about safety for both the officers and the public.

Officers approaching a vehicle need to see if a driver is, you know, reaching for a weapon. Right. That makes sense. And beyond that, pedestrians at crosswalks rely on making eye contact with drivers.

You need to know you've been seen before you step into the street. I suppose the eye contact factor is a really good point. But what's the actual penalty here? Like, is it a massive fine? Not at all, actually.

A first offense nets you a $25 fine and a fix-it order. $25? Yeah, just 25. Now, if you ignore the fix-it order and rack up a repeat violation, then that penalty jumps up to $200. Wow.

So he just finished this heartfelt speech about the spiritual concept of mana, and literally 20 minutes later, he's dealing with the municipal bureaucracy of a $25 fix-it ticket. It's totally absurd.
